


A recognized leader of live entertainment and spectacular productions, Patrick Roberge has steered countless prestigious international events for more than 23 years.
At Expo ‘86, Patrick programmed and managed over 60,000 performers for the fair’s daily on-site atmospheric entertainment. Patrick was the stage manager for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies of the 1988 Winter Olympic Games. In 1992, Patrick produced the Grand Opening Ceremony of AmeriFlora ’92, a six-month world exposition. Over his prestigious career, Patrick has produced ceremonies for the 1989 Canada Summer Games; APEC 97; inaugural Chinese New Year Parade in Hong Kong; Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s Royal Jubilee Tour; 25th Anniversary of Terry Fox’s Marathon of Hope; 2007 Canada Winter Games Opening & Closing Ceremonies; and the 2008 North American Indigenous Games Opening Ceremony. During the 2006 and 2008 Olympic Games, Patrick oversaw the event management at the BC Canada Pavilions in Torino, Italy and Beijing, China.
Patrick recently produced the Opening & Closing Ceremonies of the X Paralympic Winter Games, directed the Opening Ceremony for the 122nd Session of the International Olympic Committee and was the entertainment Producer for Experience BC at Robson Square – the BC Government’s celebration site during the 2010 Olympic Winter Games. Patrick has directed multiple productions for the Vancouver Organizing Committee of the 2010 Olympic & Paralympic Winter Games, which include Celebrate Canada, Decision 2010, Imagine 2010, 2010 Olympic Mascot Launch and Countdown 2010.
