PATRICK ROBERGE President, Founder and Creative Director
Patrick is the creative energy behind PRP and
the spectacular events we have been involved with. Over the past 20
years, Patrick has been at the centre of countless prestigious
world-class events including APEC 97, the 1989 Canada Games,
entertainment programming for Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth’s Royal
Jubilee visit to Vancouver, the 2005 Save-on-Foods Grey Cup Parade, the
Vancouver 2010 Olympic emblem launch, the World Dragon Boat Festival
and World Track and Field Championships.
Patrick
is a creative and energetic person, committed to having fun and
entertaining people. He has been nominated Producer of the Year by the
Canadian Event Industry Association, has spoken at many industry
seminars and has created many award-winning productions. JOCELYN PEDEN Associate Director & Choreographer
Jocelyn
has been in the professional world of entertainment since the 1980s. A
talented dancer, choreographer and director, she has worked throughout
Europe, North America and Japan winning numerous awards for her live
production events.
She is a former NBA Los Angeles Laker Girl
and Director for the Vancouver Grizzlies Dance Team. She has performed
with famed celebrities, such as Paula Abdul, Vanessa Williams, Whitney
Houston and Steve Winwood. Jocelyn also worked on the Rhythm Nation
project with Janet Jackson. Her dance credits include the films: Dudley
Do Right, The Bodyguard and Toys. Her competitive figure skating
background has lead her to work with international level skater Emanuel
Sandhu.
Some of Jocelyn’s high-profile choreography credits
include Canada’s Gemini Awards, the bid and emblem launch shows for the
Vancouver 2010 Olympics and the film The Sixth Day. She has also
choreographed live performances for the Queen’s Royal Visit, Legoland
theme parks, Volkswagen Japan, Electronic Arts, Coca-Cola and the NHL.
 ANNA BOND Director of Corporate Development
Anna has been a member of the PRP team since 1999. Anna got her start at PRP managing and coordinating talent, performers and VIPs for a wide variety of large-scale, high-profile events such as Her Majesty’s Royal Visit to Vancouver, the Canada Winter Games, the 18th Annual Gemini Awards and Imagine 2010 for the 2010 Winter Olympic Games. She quickly became an integral part of the PRP team, and is versatile and comfortable in both a creative and production capacity. In her current role as Director of Corporate Development, Anna is responsible for bringing together the artistic vision with the business realities. Her hands on experience working as part of the creative team combined with her degree in International Business allows her to manage budgets, suppliers, partners, contracts and legal issues while keeping the goals of the event at the forefront. Anna blends effective communication skills and production knowledge with a keen understanding of both the client’s and event’s needs to achieve objectives.
NIK VON SCHULMANN Director of Production and Operations
Nik’s
technical production skills, resource management and leadership have
garnered him much acclaim and respect in the events and arts and
culture industry. A creative and highly organized problem solver, he
brings extensive practical experience and theoretical understanding of
production design, staging and event installation to the Creative Sport
team. Managing production of complex, large-scale productions, such as
North American tours of several Broadway musicals, the 2005 Canadian
National Football League’s Grey Cup Parade and the Canadian portion of
the Closing Ceremonies of the 2006 Winter Olympics in Italy, is his
specialty.
DIANE BUIRS Production Coordinator
Diane is passionate about
events, entertainment and managing all the little details to assist in
creating flawless productions. Her event experience is vast and
multi-faceted. Over the past 20 years she has traversed from being the
entertainer / choreographer for major dance productions on a global
scale (including Expo ’86), to logistical manager and talent director
on a wide variety of corporate and consumer focused projects (including
TELUS’ National Sales Conference, the BC Special Olympics and the 2005
Grey Cup Parade…to name just a few). When combining Diane’s hands on
experience and her confident and outgoing personality, the end result
of her efforts is always seamless, professional and positively
executed.
HEATHER CONNELL Project Manager
Heather is an accomplished special events professional, specializing in multi-sport events. Her background in managing the Culture, Ceremonies and Protocol portfolio for the 2005 Canada Summer Games and the 2007 Canada Winter Games, gives Heather the skills, knowledge and expertise to see any event- big or small- through from concept to execution. With over five years experience in the sport, theatre and special event industries, Heather has developed outstanding organizational, communication and collaboration skills that allow her to deliver projects on time, and on budget. Heather’s commitment to achieving each event’s objectives and delivering outstanding productions ensures each event is an unqualified success.
