When Kodak wanted to ring in the new year Hollywood style, they turned to Event Executive Producer Judy Christianson of Christianson and Company and the custom corporate entertainment experts at PRP.

PRP was pleased to once again partner with Christianson and Company to deliver a quality corporate hospitality event that achieves our clients objectives.

PRP Corporate Productions a division of PRP Inc., a Vancouver based event and creative show company that specializes in helping corporations and businesses achieve their objectives, worked with Kodak to ensure the event was a magical and unforgettable evening for the over the 1100 employees in attendance, from the very moment they arrived.

The Hollywood magic began as the guests got out of their cars and were immediately treated to an iconic Hollywood experience- an invitation to walk down the red carpet. On their way, guests were greeted by paparazzi who took their photos in front of a media wall and television cameras that captured their red carpet walk and linked up with giant indoor screens, giving the guests who were already inside a look at the festivities out front.

If that wasn't enough to make each and every employee feel like a Hollywood star, the star treatment continued as guests entered the ballroom.  The room was lit from floor to ceiling with Hollywood style moving lights, a live band entertained the guests, and a martini bar made sure guests could drink in true celebrity style. 

To ensure no one would leave empty handed, guests were invited to have their photo taken in front of a magical Kodak Hollywood Green Screen, which made it appear as though the guests were right in the middle of Hollywood, California. Kodak ensured all employees could take a copy of their Hollywood photo home with them by placing photo-printing machines near by for guests to print and collect their memento.

The event was a huge success. The seamless integration of elements from the live red carpet camera images to the band, caricaturist and celebrity-style martini bar was a key part in creating the magic of the evening, and the team from PRP was thrilled to be able to bring all the Hollywood excitement to the great staff at Kodak.
