With the start of the Vancouver 2010 Olympic Winter Games less than 2 days away, PRP Creative Entertainment started the celebration early with the public premier of their new pyro musical finale – Ignite the Dream. 

This high tech celebration will close each day of Olympic competition every night of the games. Exciting special effects synchronized to the sounds of BC’s finest musicians will captivate the public. Mega projections will adorn the downtown buildings.  42 computer controlled moving searchlights will illuminate the sky as giant 25-watt lasers electrify streams of colour up and down Robson Street.  Dancing flames will shoot 30 feet into the air while explosive fireworks decorate the sky 300 ft above the downtown core.  Hundreds of LED lights will illuminate the night as performers fly down a 550 ft zip line high above the crowds.

A spectacular and innovative show, Ignite the Dream will light up the Vancouver sky and downtown core nightly at 9:30pm and 11:00pm during the Olympic Games as part of Experience BC at Robson Square.
